Ingredients:
- 1 cup ragi millet ravva

- 1/4 cup poha (flattened rice)

- Once the batter has fermented, add salt to taste and mix well.
- Grease the idli plates with oil and pour the batter into each mold.
- Steam the idlis in a steamer for 10-12 minutes or until they are cooked through.
- Remove the idlis from the steamer and let them cool for a few minutes before demolding.
- Serve the ragi idlis hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
